REQUIREMENTS :
Have a real estate license.
Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with a mortgage lender.
Working with showing agents in assisting clients in viewing homes.
Identify homes for prospective home buyer clients.
Schedule showings of homes with clients, Listing agents, and/or Home sellers.
Write & Submit all offers to purchase homes for buyers' clients.
Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee the entire negotiation process.
Schedule & Attend On-site property Inspections with Clients & Vendors.
Negotiate all Inspection repairs.
